Hey, I love your blog! I stopped working out last week because I have school now so I don't have time anymore (except walking my dog). Will eating a lot of protein still get me skinnier?
Hello, I'm Nicole. So since I'm off school now for the summer and there are those days where I literally sit around and do nothing. I was wondering if you could give a good summer workout for a teenager like me. For things like abs, butt and thighs. Thankyou! :)
Hi i'm 15 and i recently gained about ten pounds after my school volleyball season ended. I am now 5'4 and weighing in at 125. I need help with getting back into shape because my club volleyball season is right around the corner. I don't want to face myself in my old volleyball spandex until i have my legs all toned up. If there are any tips you could give me for work outs (especially for your thighs and hips) or diets that could help me, that would be great.
Here at school, boba milk tea is a huuuge part of socializing. I try to get the one with as less calories as possible, and sometimes even just green tea, but.. agh sometimes, jasmine milk tea is just too tempting. What are your thoughts on milk tea/its nutrition/how often one could eat it as a treat?
I was wondering if a grilled cheese sandwich is a healthy option for lunch? I usually eat a pb&j sandwich, but I wanted something healthier. I usually eat apples or oranges with my lunch and sometimes I will just eat soup. Is there any healthy lunch options you would suggest? -Thanks
HI there, I have a high goal to loose at least 25-30 pounds before my high school graduation in may. I work and go to school alot so i dont have alot of time to really go to the gym so my only option is dieting and eating right, considering its winter and its always 40 below:/ So what my question is, is do you think that's to high of a goal to set in such a short amount of time?
Hi! I need some advice. I'm trying to lose weight but I'm also completing my final year at high school this year, and I know the stress of exams and such is going to impact heavily on me. See, while I'm making notes and studying, I tend to snack and snack and snack. How do I stop myself from doing this? I just find the work so boring, I can't help myself sometimes :/
Hi! First of all, I love your blog! You seem like such a sweet person in all your question responses! I have a quick question about nuts! Usually I have a salad for lunch with walnuts, raisons and almonds. And then after school, I usually have some walnuts and almonds to nibble on again. I am wondering if I am eating too much nuts, and whether that has a negative impact?
I'm trying to lose weight and kick my unhealthy eating habits. I am a high school student so I usually bring lunch. I bring a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread and a 180 cal protein bar. I feel like there are too many calories in this meal.. Is this healthy? Do you have any suggestions of easy meals I can bring for lunch instead? Thanks!
Hi, I'm a senior in high school and my winter formal is January 28th. To get ready for it, I would really love to lose some of my upper arm bulk and get them nice and toned to look good in a strapless dress! Any exercises that would help with this? Thank you!
