Hi! I was wondering if you have ever heard of this diet called the hcg diet. It's basically a drop a day keeps the food away type of program. I am contemplating of going back to working out especially since vacation is coming up and was wondering if you would recommend this. Love your blog! It's inspiring! :)

I personally would not recommend this diet. In my opinion it’s a crash diet which is too drastic and too expensive. Crash diets are counterproductive and may harm you.
Get back to working out, clean up your diet and you will make it happen slowly but surely :)
