Hey, thanks for getting back to me!!! :) But I think ive lost my self control ever since i lost my purpose of everything. Emotionally. Which is why i beat myself up about it all the time in my head. Its killing me. But I just need to get back on my mojo and find myself again.
Negative thoughts will pop up from time to time. You should never beat yourself up for that. It’s impossible to be positive 100 percent of the time, but “anti-negative” thinking may be even more important than positive thinking. You can challenge negative thoughts, you don’t have to accept them. What matters is what you think about and focus on most of the time and how you talk back to that negative voice when it speaks up.
If you spend a lot of time in front of your computer, you can try to use pop-ups, sticky notes or apps like thoughtback.com to have positive messages appear on your screen at regular intervals to help you get your mojo back :)
