Hi! I adore your blog! Keeps me on my toes lol. So I am in dire need of a workout for my legs, mainly the thigh (inner thigh, I wish they wouldn't touch :(( ). I have lost about 20lbs and want to tone up, I'm trying to figure out the best exercises for my thighs and stomach, of you could help me out, that would be wonderful! Thank you sooo much :))!!!
First, sorry for the late reply! Congratulations on your weight loss!
Last time I got my inner thighs really sore was with a bootcamp workout incorporating the following moves:
- Low jacks (never stand straight up!)
- 3-way jump squats (stay low all the time!)
- Plié squat pulses
- Side lunges (you don’t need the weights if you don’t have them, just touch your shoe with your hands instead.)
You can also incorporate one ab move in the circuit to give your legs a break, or burpees to increase the intensity. Or if you’re in for a harder workout, hold a medecine ball while doing the exercises. Get a timer and perform each move for one minute, doing as many rounds of the circuit as you can.
About your inner thighs touching: I think this post sums up really well what a thigh gap is all about. I personally don’t understand the tumblr obsession with thigh gaps. I think thigh gaps look kind of really weird/”bony” when they’re too wide, but that’s just my humble opinion :)
