Hi :) I'm 14 years old. Now when summer vacation starts i want to lose weight. I'm 164cm tall and i weight 62kg. I dream weight is 56kg, but i don't know how to get there. I don't eat so healthy, but i started to make my dinner portion little bit smaller. I go out for a fast walk for about 20 minutes. And i want to get my thighs fit and firm. Any tips? Please help me.

Since you’re only 14 and at a normal weight, I think that getting a bit more active would help a lot to achieve the results that you want (fit & firm thighs).
Walking fast is a good idea to “get moving”, but is there any way you could do more physical activities during your summer holidays? Like going to the swimming pool, biking, roller skating, or playing a sport that you like?
Since you don’t have to go to school, you have plenty of time on your hands! As much as I love tumblr too, don’t you think it would be a pity to spend too much time of your holidays at home on the internet?
