Hi, Im abby. Im 15 almost 16 and i weigh a lot! 190 pounds to be exact! Since im in many sports, working out isnt the problem! EATING ALL THE TIME is. So i was wondering if you could help me with a diet plan that would work for me because im always on the move and when i am home its easier to pick up a piece of pizza then make a salad :/
Hi Abby,
Are you sure you want to use “abbythefatchick” as user name here? If you call yourself like this, there is a good chance that your behavior will follow to match that identity. I think using a positive adjective to describe yourself would be a bit more helpful. Here is a list of 130 positive adjectives in case you need a little inspiration :)
Since you’re tall (5’10”) you shouldn’t follow a 1400 calorie meal plan made for 5’3”-women. It’s normal for you to eat more because you’re taller, you’re active and you’re still a teenager. But you’ll have to cut things back though. This caloric need calculator can help give you an idea of how many calories you need to achieve your goal: http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/calories-goal.php

Choosing to eat junk food just because it’s more convenient means that you don’t care about yourself enough to spend 10 min to make yourself a balanced meal. Like in a L’Oreal commercial, tell yourself “Because I’m worth it” and take the time it takes to prepare yourself good healthy foods!
