Hi, I've always been rather muscular but after I've started working out (about 6 months ago) I feel like I've bulked up even more especially my calves. I don't really know what to do as I don't want to stop exercising but I also don't want to become even more muscular. Can you recommend any workouts or exercises?
Hi! Lots of cardio will help you lean out. Have you ever tried a spinning class? I doubt you’re that bulky because when I look at your tumblr-blog, there are lots of skinny models with no muscle whatsoever. Is that the way you wanna look? I personally enjoy seeing muscles on my body, it makes me feel strong and confident :)
