Tu parles francais?Loading Tweet...
Who are you? My name is Elise, I’m 31, I live in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands. I speak Dutch (been living in Amsterdam for quite a while), but I’m French (I also have a French-speaking tumblr: fitnessfriandises.tumblr.com).
What kind of training do you do? I enjoy weight-training at the gym, spinning classes, Insanity with Shaun T, and a yoga video from time to time.
What are your stats? I’m 1m71 and my weight varies between 60 and 64kg. Currently around 22% body fat, would like to be around 20% for the summer.

What’s your fitness philosophy? Make it fun, enjoy movement for its own sake. Being able to exercise is a gift that’s not appreciated until it’s gone. Create pleasure around mealtimes and spend more time savoring food.
What do you eat? I’m a flexitarian/omnivore, I don’t eliminate any food groups, I just eat some of them less frequently than others. My favorite healthy foods includes home-made French leek soup and organic Dutch quark. My favorite not-so-healthy foods are Kinderbuenos and French pastries.
What music do you listen to when you workout? I have a couple of workout playlists on Spotify: http://open.spotify.com/user/1112698316
Where can I find all your recipes? On my Wordpress blog: www.fitnesstreats.com
They talked about me!
A small article about the blog in Germany’s Shape magazine from October 2012!
